Appointment Etiquette - Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you must cancel, please give at least a 24 hour notice.
Tipping Etiquette - Industry standard is 10-20% and greatly appreciated, but not required. We appreciate your business.
If you must cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request the courtesy of a 24 hour notice if you will not be fulfilling your appointment commitment. We do understand, from time to time their are true emergencies that make a 24 hour notice impossible. When 2 or more appointments have been cancelled last minute or a no show has occurred, we will be given no other choice than to charge a $25 fee to hold future appointments.
