Tipping Etiquette - Industry standard is 10-20% and greatly appreciated, but not required. We appreciate your business.
If you must cancel or reschedule, we respectfully request the courtesy of a 48 hour notice if you will not be fulfilling your appointment commitment. We do understand, from time to time their are true emergencies that make a 48 hour notice impossible. When more than one appointment has been cancelled last minute or a no show has occurred, we will be given no other choice than to charge a $75 fee for facials, and a $20 fee for waxing. Day before cancellations will be charged a 50% value of service fee. Thank you for your understanding.
